This blog post will consist of dated journal entires over the course of 7 days. At the end of each day, I wrote down 3 things that went well for me that day with an explanation as to why. I will be using the PERMA model to analyze my data from the "three good things" approach. P= Positive emotion, pleasure, optimism E= Engagement, fulfilling work R= Relationships, social connections M= Meaning, having a purpose A= Accomplishments, ambition, important achievements P: 13 E: 6 R: 11 M: 6 A: 6

It was very interesting to see how grateful it seems you are when it comes to social interaction. I fully agree with what Marquita said in that reading about your journey makes me feel happy about the little things in life.

Hey, from reading throw your three good things I can totally tell you focus on P-positive Emotion and R-relationships that awesome! Is that a directions you're going to look into for your research project?
