This Research Project is based off Martin Seligman's 3 good things process. This consisted of seven journal entries where we sat down at the end of each day and wrote down 3 good things that happened to us that day. This was our primary research for the paper. The process was intended to better our well-being and in my opinion it did. Following that assignment, we were given 3 assignments of our choice to add to our process of this project. I decided to post my Letter to Dr. Seligman, thanking him for sharing his process with the world. I truly found it to be inspiring. After that, I got inspired by another student's blog post. I took a happiness quiz from online, and got a better understanding of where I stand in my life. It was interesting to take the quiz and get a general idea of my own well-being.
